Refunds for Completed Consultations:
Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds for consultations that have been completed. Once a consultation has concluded, the service is considered fulfilled, and no refunds will be issued.
Refunds for Uncompleted Consultations:
If a consultation has not been completed, you are eligible for a refund within 7 days from the date of purchase.
To initiate a refund for an uncompleted consultation, please send an email to Hubavet@gmail.com within the specified 7-day period. Include your name, order number, and a brief description of the reason for the refund request.
Refund Process:
Send an email to Hubavet@gmail.com with the subject line "Refund Request"
Provide your name, your pets name, the name of the Veterinarian, and the date of the consultation in the email.

Refund Eligibility:
Refunds for uncompleted consultations are only applicable within 7 days of the purchase date.
After the 7-day period has elapsed, refund requests for uncompleted consultations will not be considered.
Exceptions:
In the event of extenuating circumstances, Hubavet reserves the right to consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
